This 1.5 hour consultation assesses current dietary intake, lifestyle and physical activity.  We will review medications and supplements, physical symptoms, medical diagnosis, and laboratory data in order to develop your Individual Nutrition Plan. Each plan addresses nutrient deficiencies and provides guidance to meet nutrient needs for obtaining and sustaining optimal health.
