50 minute reassessment of Individual Nutrition Plan, Pediatric Nutrition Plan, or Family Nutrition Plan. Intake, lifestyle factors, physical activity and symptoms are reviewed.  Goals are adjusted and to ensure deficiencies are corrected and intake meets nutrient demands to obtain and sustain optimal health.
